Agency Application to Become a Member of the Volunteer Center of North Texas

Please complete this short survey to determine eligibility for membership. The average time to complete an application is 20 minutes. Should your agency be eligible for membership, please have the following documents available for upload and reference:

· Valid 501(c)(3) Letter of Determination

· List of current Board of Directors, Advisory Board, or Highest Governing Body

· EIN number
